Your own personal pendant, together with a variety of call points in both your apartment and communal areas, gives peace of mind 24 hours a day, quickly summoning assistance in an emergency at the press of a button. With links to the House Manager and Warden Call / Careline, help is at hand all day and all night, each and every day of the year.

CCTV and Door Entry System

Opening your front door to strangers need no longer be a worry. The main entrance camera security system will be linked to a colour display / intercom / buzzer entry system in your apartment so that you can identify visitors before remotely letting them in.

Intruder and smoke alarms

Intruder and smoke alarm systems in the apartments and communal areas will all be linked to Warden Call / Careline.
