At Wren Retirement we are dedicated to creating energy efficient and sustainable developments, that show real benefits to our residents and future generations.

As a company we have pledged to:

We aim to achieve this through the integration of solar thermal collectors to harness the energy of the sun which will then be used to contribute towards the base load heat requirement of the building. Residents will benefit from significantly lower water heating bills.

"Reduce the amount of water used in the development"

We aim to achieve this by the inclusion of water havesting systems that collect, store and re use rain water for non potable uses such as flushing toilets and irrigation of the communual gardens. Residents will benefit from lower water bills whether individually or communally metered.

"Create energy efficient buildings"

All our buildings are designed to exceed the requirements of the NHBC and the building regulations regarding heat loss and air tightness. This leads to real savings in annual heating and energy bills.
